"The ‘new retirement’ is not an ending; it’s a new beginning, the start of a new life journey of vastly expanded proportion" Dr. Richard P. Johnson, Founder Retirement Options Did you know that 76 million baby boomers will be contemplating retirement in the near future? With the average first retirement age somewhere around 57, some have probably already retired. Given current life expectancies, boomers could have 30 or more years of a retirement life. Have you given serious thought to how you would spend that time? To help individuals explore their pre-retirement, we utilize the Retirement Success Profile (RSP). The RSP has been administered to over 15,000 individuals and is a scientifically designed, valid and reliable self-assessment of 120 items. It measures 15 factors shown to be crucial for you to come to an understanding of yourself during retirement planning and transition. After completing this assessment, you will receive a 23 page report that discusses your Present Behavior (PB) scores showing how much you have already prepared at this time for each retirement factor. Then you get your Expectation (E) scores indicating where you want to be and how much you value each factor. In addition you can raise your level of retirement readiness by reviewing and acting on your list of strengths and focus factors received as part of the assessment results. You can take this assessment as early as 15 years before retirement. Retirement Coaching Benefits:
